BAIPINI's Sydney facility has extensive turning, drilling, rolling, and welding capabilities. BAIPINI's workshop capabilities include fabrication of large tanks up to 3.6 m in diameter and 25 m in length and weighing up to 32 tons. Our close proximity to Sydney Botany Port provides for convenient transportation options. We fabricate pressure vessels and heat exchangers using a wide range of materials including carbon, low and high alloy steels, nickel, Monel, Inconel and duplex stainless steels. BAIPINI has more than 230 qualified welding procedures to cover a wide range of conditions and materials including duplex stainless steel, Monel, Inconel and Titanium tube to tube sheet welding.

BAIPINI excels in the design and manufacture of custom pressure vessels, shell & tube heat exchangers, tube bundle, fin fan air cooler and piping for oil and gas and chemical plants complying with requirements of AS1210, ASME, TEMA, AS4458 API 620 & API652. Our service includes preparation of detailed fabrication drawings using AutoCAD, mechanical design, third party design verification followed by safety authorities design registration (when applicable).
